Thank you so much for sharing this piece of art. I am, of course, drawn to this picture as it is my favourite time to the day. You have captured the lighting and feeling of the very early morning beautifully, and that boat could be sitting next to my favourite lake in Cumbria, just waiting for a row out on to the calm, relaxing water. The whole picture gives the feeling of peace, relaxation and that wonderful feeling of being the only person around, who could possibly see nature at its very best! The birds flying give an extra edge to this picture, that adds life and interest, as the wonderful compostion draws you further into the picture.
There is nothing more pleasurable than a piece of art that makes you "stop and really look" and then allows your imagination to go on a" flight of fancy", or in this case brings back wonderful treasured memories.

I can't take credit for the photo, Simon, as this is a manipulation. But I did and do love this time of day and just had to do something with the photo to complete the lovely and serene scene.
